A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
My journey with yoga started in 2007 while living in London working as an office manager.
It was later, after I moved to the Mediterranean island of Malta that I decided to pursue yoga as a teacher and a way of life.
I first became a teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. I then travelled to India to study more deeply the origin of yoga therapy, pranayama, meditation, and Ayurveda medicine.

My intention as a yoga instructor is to help my clients listen to their inner selves and find the courage to step out of their comfort zone.
Just like playing an instrument, yoga teaches you to be present in the moment. This is the key to achieve a strong body, clarity of mind, and inner peace.

Yoga is a never-ending journey. It is a joy to discover and share with people who want to improve their inner and outer life.
